Fixed and Exclusive (Fixed & Exclusive) Assignment

The Fixed & Exclusive Assignment type applies to the TransportTracking^™ application only. When users have fixed & exclusive assignments, they are automatically designated to do transport jobs that are going out of or coming in to specific zones or sections. They do not have to enter a zone or section when they sign in to the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. They CANNOT be dispatched to transport jobs in areas outside their assignment (even if they have no transport jobs assigned in their areas and another area is very busy).
